Our services

FROM FIRST PLAN.
TO FINAL HANDOVER.

Connected expertise for every stage. A practical, collaborative approach to building what comes next.

01

Commercial construction

Places built for business.

Every commercial building needs to work on several levels: for the owner, for the businesses within it and for the people who use it each day. We bring the design intent and delivery requirements together, with a focus on buildability, coordination and the long-term usefulness of the space.

From early site considerations to the sequence of structural and finishing work, we help establish a clear construction pathway. Consultants and trades work to a shared brief, with decisions assessed against the project’s agreed priorities.

Fitouts & refurbishment

A better way to work.

An existing space can hold more potential than it first suggests. We help turn workplaces, retail premises and hospitality environments into spaces that support the next chapter of a business, balancing identity, function and the realities of the existing building.

Where a site remains occupied, the delivery plan needs to account for access, noise, working hours and continuity of operations. We discuss staging and interfaces early so the business can understand how the works may affect its day-to-day activities.

Design & construct

One team. A shared direction.

Design and construct brings design coordination and construction delivery into one connected process. It creates opportunities to test ideas against budget, programme and buildability while there is still room to refine the solution.

We work with the design team to establish the brief, explore options and identify the decisions that need to be made at each stage. The aim is a considered design with a practical route to delivery, supported by clear responsibilities and regular client input.

Project management

The detail makes the difference.

A project succeeds when the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Our project management approach creates a practical framework for decisions, responsibilities and progress, giving clients visibility across the moving parts.

We connect the programme with procurement, consultant information and site activities. When a constraint or proposed change emerges, we help the team understand its implications and agree the next step, keeping a record that supports consistent delivery.

How we work

A clear path forward.

01

Understand

We listen, assess the brief and establish what a successful project means for you.

02

Plan

We align the team, scope, programme and budget before work begins.

03

Deliver

We coordinate the build and keep the conversation clear through to handover.

Choosing your pathway

The right involvement.
At the right time.

Some clients arrive with a fully developed design and a clear construction scope. Others have a site, an opportunity and a set of questions. The best delivery approach depends on how far the project has progressed and where support will make the most difference.

Still exploring an idea?

Start with a conversation about the site, intended use and commercial objectives. Early input can help you identify the information needed before making larger commitments.

Design already underway?

We can discuss buildability, sequencing and coordination with your existing consultants, helping connect the design to a practical delivery plan.

Ready to discuss construction?

Share your drawings, scope and preferred timeframe. We can review the available information and explain what would be needed to move towards a defined proposal.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

When should a builder become involved?

Early involvement can be useful when the scope, budget or construction approach is still taking shape. If your design is already developed, the initial conversation can focus on documentation, sequencing and readiness for construction.

Can you work with an existing architect?

The concept is designed around collaboration with clients’ existing architects and consultants. Responsibilities, information requirements and communication channels would be agreed at the outset.

How is the project scope agreed?

The brief, drawings, specifications and site information are reviewed together. Inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and the process for managing changes should be clearly recorded before construction is committed.

What happens after construction?

Completion includes agreed inspections, outstanding-work reviews and the coordination of relevant handover information. The closeout requirements and any ongoing arrangements would be set out in the project agreement.
