The fine print

- Matting
- Badly matted coats take longer and are kinder to shave. We’ll call you first, and it’s $15 per 15 minutes.
- Cancelling
- Life happens. Give us 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge.
- Late pick-ups
- Your dog can hang out in the lounge for 30 minutes free. After that it’s $10 per half hour.
- Loyalty
- Every 8th wash is free. We keep count, so you don’t have to.
