INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the web templates services provided by Turbo Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By ordering and receiving the web templates services from us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not order or receive the web templates services.

Turbo Studio provides a unique website building service for its clients. The process begins with the client choosing a template from the template library. Once a template has been selected, Turbo Studio makes necessary adjustments to ensure the website is tailored to the client's specific needs and requirements. This includes changes to the styling, page layout, and font selection to create a unique and personalised look for the website. Despite these customisations, the functionality of the website remains according to the original template, ensuring the result is both aesthetically pleasing, practical and stays within the intended parameters of affordability that is the intention of this service.

The client may choose a one page or a multipage plan. Turbo Studio will personalise the website's appearance by altering the font family, page layout, spacing, headings, and a cohesive color scheme all chosen by the client. To simplify the process, the client can provide their own written content and images or opt for Turbo Studio's comprehensive service that includes creating these elements as part of Optional Extras and Add-Ons.

The template library is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

A one-page website template features a modern and user-friendly design with four distinct sections, seamlessly integrated onto a single page. The intuitive navigation bar, located at the top of the page, allows users to easily access each section by simply clicking on the corresponding section title. These anchors serve as quick links, guiding users directly to the relevant information, improving their overall browsing experience and making your website easier to navigate.

Turbo Studio will customise the chosen template according to the client’s requirements and within the limits of the customisation capabilities of the template. The client agrees that Turbo Studio is not responsible for the design or functionality of the original template

A multipage website template offers a comprehensive solution with a total of four web pages, each featuring four well-defined sections. The navigation bar, located at the top of each page, provides quick and easy access to each of the four pages, ensuring that your website's content is organised, easily accessible, and user-friendly.

Turbo Studio will customise the chosen template according to the client’s requirements and within the limits of the customisation capabilities of the template. The client agrees that Turbo Studio is not responsible for the design or functionality of the original template.

Styling a website page refers to the process of enhancing its visual appearance by making modifications to its design elements. This includes adjusting various aspects such as the color scheme, typography, layout, images, and other graphical elements. The goal of styling a website page is to make it more attractive, user-friendly, and in line with a specific brand identity or style guide.

Styling can involve simple adjustments, such as changing the background color or font type, or more complex changes, such as reordering page sections, adding custom graphics, and adjusting the overall layout. The purpose of styling a website page is to create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design that engages users and effectively conveys the intended message. Ultimately, styling a website page is a critical component of website design and development, and helps to make a website more effective in achieving its goals.

The styling of each template is restricted to this guideline.

The client is granted the use of any imagery and content solely for the single domain specified and is prohibited from reproducing or modifying it for use on any other domain.

In response to the client's request, Turbo Studio will provide two versions of written content that effectively communicate the same message yet feature variations in language and phrasing.

The website will be presented to the client for review and feedback. One revision is allowed before the final delivery of the files, as long as it falls within the scope of the project plan and conditions. Any additional changes requested after the final submission will result in additional charges, which will be billed on an hourly basis.

Turbo Studio will deliver the customised website to the client within the estimated time frame specified in the order confirmation. The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and content for the customisation of the website unless the client has specified otherwise through order and payment of Optional Extras.

A secure and convenient Dropbox folder is used to store all the necessary files for your website. To ensure a smooth handover the Dropbox folder will be shared to the email provided by the client making it easy for to access and download website files at any time.

Payment for plans and optional extras are to be made upfront using either a secure netbank transfer or Paypal. This ensures that the work process can proceed smoothly and with a confirmed estimated time of delivery. Additionally, any additional orders for work made by the client during the project require payment prior to the work being carried out. This helps to ensure that the project stays on track, and that all parties are on the same page regarding payment and expectations.

The user-friendly platform, Jotform is utilised to create custom forms that meet your specific needs. The client will have the ability to track all historical submissions, making it easy to keep a record of important data and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Jotform gives you the flexibility to make any necessary adjustments to your form in the future, ensuring that it continues to meet the evolving needs of your business. To ensure the security of your data, a free account is created on your behalf and is only accessible by you, providing peace of mind that your information is safe and secure. Where a template shows a form is an indication of where the form may be placed, setting up the account, form parameters and creating the response process falls under Optional Extras and is charged at a fixed fee of $150 for a maximum of one form per template.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is the process of optimizing a website in order to improve its ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs). The goal of SEO is to make a website more visible and appealing to both users and search engines, so that it can attract more organic traffic.

SEO involves a variety of techniques and strategies, including keyword research, content creation and optimisation, link building, and technical optimisation. The objective is to improve the visibility of a website in search engine results, with the aim of increasing its organic traffic and boosting its rankings for relevant keywords.

Effective SEO can have a significant impact on a website's visibility, helping it to rank higher in search results, reach a wider audience, and drive more organic traffic. However, it can also be a complex and time-consuming process, requiring a combination of technical knowledge, creativity, and strategic planning.

Turbo Studio provides the early stages of SEO including metatags, relevant headers, keyword content (for optional extra content writing) and technical optimisation such as accessibility. Anything further should be explored by the client through SEO experts.

The client is granted a license to use the website solely for a single domain and is prohibited from reproducing or modifying it for use on any other domain.

Turbo Studio represents and warrants that it has the right and authority to provide the web templates services. The client represents and warrants that it has the right to use any content provided by the client to Turbo Studio for the customisation of the website.

Turbo Studio shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the web templates services or the customised website.

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. The client may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use of the web templates services and the customised website. Turbo Studio may terminate these Terms at any time, without prior notice, if the client breaches any of these Terms.

Turbo Studio reserves the right to modify, update or revise these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the web templates services following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms and the web templates services provided by Turbo Studio shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
