Our bikes are equipped with cadence and speed sensors allowing you to utilise an app on your phone or tablet and use the same data measurement as a general head unit and what's even better, you can save your workouts. This is several levels up from a basic spin bike head unit and we have upgraded our bikes without adding the extra cost to your bike hire fee. Additionally, the sensors give you the option to enter into the virtual world of Peloton's live spin classes as well as Zwift's virtual world of Watopia.

RUN CLUB!

Our portable treadmills create no obstruction within the confines of your hotel room as they can easily be folded flat and pushed against the wall when not in use.  Coming soon to your treadmill hire is a foot pod to clip to your shoe allowing you to record your runs through our recommended training app. We provide everything you need in order to upload your workouts to social media and let the world know you're moving!

You'll be part of the global Quarantine Community that connects you to other runners in Sydney and beyond and through software such as Zwift you'll be able to meet up and run together with your Quarantine friends!

Equipped with cadence and speed sensors our road bike and trainer set-up will have you feeling like you're back on the road in a position you may be better suited to and with access to gear ratio's.  Complimentary use of one of our Zwift accounts will allow you to explore the virtual and interactive world of Watopia as well as experiencing real life courses from around the world.

The online world is literally your oyster from within the confines of your hotel room!

ROWING

READY TO ROW!

Our Rowers will give you the workout you need to keep the adrenaline flowing and with a choice of Premier or Compact we've covered all bases and budgets.  Our rowers come complete with in-built monitors for workout feedback and with a range of online classes available or even custom coaching to keep you motivated while doing your hotel workouts, it's a fantastic way to keep moving in quarantine.

1,2,3 LIFT!

Our Dumbbell Sets and variety of Kettlebells offer a strengthening workout. Wake up the pectorals, biceps, glutes or calves with structured workouts through our recommended apps and websites. Strengthen bones and burn calories all from the confines of your quarantine hotel room.

YOGA

QUIET WORKOUTS

Move your joints every day. Use your isolation period as a time for restful workouts for both the mind and body. Follow your own programme or use one of our recommended sites to practice physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
